Monitoring - エクサベース AIにおいて、Anthropicが提供するClaudeモデルを利用する一部のチャットパートナーでエラーが発生しておりましたが、現在は復旧しております。

現在、サービスが安定して稼働していることを確認するため、引き続き監視しております。

Investigating - エクサベース AIにおいて、Anthropicが提供するClaudeモデルを利用する一部のチャットパートナーでエラーが発生しております。現在、原因を調査しております。

影響範囲は以下のとおりです。

- Anthropicが提供するClaudeモデルを利用する一部のチャットパートナーで、チャットを利用できない場合があります。

上記以外のClaudeモデル、およびGPT・Geminiを利用するチャットパートナーはご利用いただけます。
